I’m a Leeds-based celebrant, working with individuals, couples, and families to create ceremonies that feel personal, thoughtful, and true to the people at their heart.
Before becoming a celebrant, I spent many years working as an accountant within the hotel and care home industries. It was a role I enjoyed, and one that taught me the value of listening carefully, paying attention to detail, and working calmly with people from many different backgrounds and stages of life.
Those skills now sit quietly at the heart of how I work as a celebrant.
I’m trained and accredited as a Wedding and Funeral Celebrant with the Academy of Professional Celebrants, and my role is centred on understanding you — who you are, what matters to you, and how you want this moment to feel.
No two stories are the same, and I believe no ceremony should be either. Some people come with clear ideas; others come with a feeling and not much else. Both are completely welcome.
Whether you’re planning a wedding, renewing vows, welcoming a child, or saying goodbye to someone you love, I’ll guide the process gently and thoughtfully — offering structure where it’s helpful, and space where it’s needed.
I’m organised, calm, and quietly attentive. I’ll honour tradition where that feels right, or step away from it where it doesn’t — always guided by what feels most appropriate for you.I care deeply about equality, individuality, and inclusion. All love deserves to be held with respect, and every family deserves to feel seen and supported.
Above all, I take pride in listening. In the care taken with words. And in holding important moments steadily, so you can be fully present in them.
If, after reading this, you feel a sense of ease or recognition, you’re very welcome to get in touch. There’s no pressure — just a conversation, when and if it feels right.
I'll meet you where you are, and take this at a pace that feels right
