Every ceremony I create is shaped individually, with care and attention to what matters most.
The costs below reflect the time, preparation, and presence involved in holding each ceremony properly.

Funeral Ceremonies

Funeral ceremony fee: £250

This includes:
  • Time to listen and gather the details needed to write the ceremony
  • A personal meeting at a place that feels comfortable for you
  • Writing the ceremony, with opportunity to review and make changes
  • Support with music, readings, poetry, or other elements
  • Liaison with the funeral director and anyone involved in the service
  • Conducting the ceremony on the day with calm presence and care
  • A printed keepsake copy of your loved one’s life story
Travel within 40 miles of Leeds is included.
Additional travel may incur a mileage charge.

Additional ceremonies (if required):
  • Ashes scattering ceremony — from £70
  • Ashes interment — from £70
  • Memorial ceremony — from £250
  • Pet committal or memorial — from £150
These can be discussed whenever you feel ready.

Wedding ceremonies

Wedding ceremony fee: £650

This includes:
  • Time together to talk through your story and ideas
  • Writing and designing your personalised ceremony
  • Support with vows, readings, and ceremony structure
  • Liaison with your venue or planning team
  • Guidance for the wedding party ahead of the ceremony
  • Leading your ceremony on the day with warmth and confidence
  • A personalised keepsake copy of your ceremony
Travel within 40 miles of Leeds is included.
Additional travel or overnight accommodation (if required) will be discussed in advance.

Optional additions:
  • In-person rehearsal — £100
To secure your date, a 30% deposit is requested, with the remaining balance due one week before the ceremony.

The Full Moon Ceremony: from £495

A later-afternoon or early-evening ceremony taking place after 5pm, for couples choosing a quieter, more intimate rhythm to their day. The Full Moon Ceremony is written entirely around you, making it a thoughtful alternative to a traditional daytime celebration.
The Full Moon Ceremony is offered for ceremonies from 5pm onwards, on selected dates.
Other Ceremonies
  • Naming ceremonies — £275
  • Vow renewal ceremonies — £500
For other ceremonies, you’re very welcome to get in touch to talk things through.


Symbolic Elements & Rituals

If you choose to include symbolic elements that require materials, these are charged at cost only, and always discussed in advance.

This may include:

  • Unity candle
  • Sand ceremony
  • Wine memory box
  • Handfasting
  • Ring warming
Nothing is included unless it feels right for you.
